Restoring Purchases on iOS:
On iOS/Apple devices, there is a Restore Purchases button at the bottom of the store that may need to be used in rare scenarios.
Before you Start
- Check that you are signed into the account that made the purchase on your device and in the App Store

If you aren't, sign in, then retry step 1.
Step 1: Open the Store
- The Store button can be found in the top-left corner of the screen.
- If you don't see the store, ensure that you are connected to the internet
Step 2: Scroll to the Bottom
- The restore purchases button is located below all purchase options
Step 3: Click "Restore Purchases"
You will need to be connected to the internet for Restore Purchases to work. Restore Purchases may take several seconds to run - if it is successful, you'll see your subscriptions updated. If it is unsuccessful, you will not receive a message.
