No app update is required to use the 2024 Marvelous Mah Jongg card, and it should appear in the app within 24 hours. You will need to manually select the card on the room screen if you wish to use it - your default card will not be changed.
The Marvelous Mah Jongg card is printed by Marvelous Mah Jongg (https://marvelousmahjongg.com/) and has distinctly different hands than the National Mah Jongg League card. If you're looking to change up the hands or try a different card, Marvelous may be for you!

I have closed out voting on Blank or Not Blank and Dragons Galore. The default white dragon will be changed for the Chinese variant. If you are passionately opposed to this change, and would like an option to keep the blank tile, please send me an email.
Additionally, there are ongoing issues with video and audio chat that I am working on fixing. The problem stems from the network structure used by certain internet providers that make can direct peer to peer connections impossible, requiring relays. I greatly underestimated the amount of video that would need to be sent through a relay, and was paying over 200x market rates, so was forced to disable my relay server while I work to set up an alternative system, likely with a new hosting provider.
