Restoring a Lost Subscription:

If you're playing on a new device, please check playing on multiple devices to ensure you are following the correct steps.

Uninstalling the Mahjong 4 Friends app or clearing the app data are the most common causes of lost subscriptions. That said, restoring isn't that hard.

iOS/Apple Devices:

  1. Try Restoring Purchases in the App
  2. Confirm that the subscription has not expired
  3. Check that you are signed into the account that made the purchase on your device and in the App Store
  4. Try starting the payment flow (don't confirm the purchase) - you should see an error immediately if you already own the subscription, and it may cause the purchase to be restored.

Android Devices:

  1. Confirm that you are signed into the account that made the purchase in the Google Play Store
  2. Confirm that the subscription has not expired
  3. Try starting the payment flow (don't confirm the purchase) - you should see an error immediately if you already own the subscription, and it may cause the purchase to be restored.
