Purchases FAQ

Mahjong 4 Friends is a free app, but there are purchase options. This page contains information for common questions regarding purchases.

Making a Purchase:

• Buying a Subscription
• Using a Promo Code

Changing your Subscription:

Switching your subscription is only available for the App Store. Google Play users will need to purchase the new subscription.

To switch your subscription click the switch button next to the subscription you wish to use. Alternatively, you can change your subscription through App Store

Troubleshooting:

• Using subscriptions across multiple devices
• Subscription dissapeared / still getting ads
• Restoring purchases on iOS

Cancel a Subscription:

• Cancelling a Subscription through the App Store (iPhone, iPad, etc)
• Cancelling a Subscription through Google Play (Android devices)

Requesting a Refund:

• Requesting a Refund from the App Store (iPhone, iPad, etc)
• Requesting a Refund from Google Play (Android devices)
